While we provide our services with due care and professionalism, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary documentation and requirements are submitted promptly. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements when using our services.
These terms and conditions govern your use of our services, ensuring a clear structure for participation, submission, and contract fulfillment.
Once payment is made for any of our consultancy services—such as registration on Government e-Procurement portals (e.g., GeM), tender sourcing, bid preparation, or documentation support—no refund shall be entertained under any circumstances.
Our services are professional, knowledge-based, and time-intensive. As such, once work has commenced, it cannot be reversed or undone, making refunds impractical.
Exceptions:
1. Payment was made in error (e.g., double payment)
2. The service was not initiated and a written cancellation request is received within 24 hours of payment.
